As much as I detest programs that exclude people based on immutable characteristics, I also hate being manipulated.
This is not an Air Force program, is not run by USAFA, and is open to all schools. The Fox headline and the thread title are just there to gin up people who want to be outraged.

This. They're just letting the cadets know about opportunities that are available for them.
I have a son in his second year at USAFA. He is extremely conservative and religious, and has not felt any sense discrimination or pressure to change his views. The majority of the cadet wing is still conservative leaning. I think even the leadership there is just doing what they are told to from DC, but no one seems to really pushing this crap beyond the required death by power point presentations.

The services IMHO already seem to be banning cisgendered + white men from being promoted to General Officer, too. That's just based on things I've personally observed.
