I think some were natural but people who want to harm this country are helping things along. “Never let a good crisis go to waste.” So yes, I believe some are coordinated arson.

Why would it be a conspiracy theory? Have you not seen what they are doing everywhere else?! At least starting a random fire in the middle of nowhere they won’t get a bullet to the head by a 17 year old!!!! Easier and more cowardly way to act!
