The IRGC should be under constant military pressure. Every time they try and hold down a revolt, they should be hit with a small drone to kill individual soldiers and demoralize their willingness to back the regime. Blow up military food storages as well. Don’t allow food to be the currency/reward for fighting for the IRGC.
