She was in public holding the cake, and someone took her photo. Not sure what the university thinks the issue is, other than the fact that it went viral and the girl with the cake is the daughter of a CEO of some telehealth operation and is probably pretty wealthy.

I sort of hope they kick her out, then she sues and wins a few million or so

Whats the backstory? On what grounds are they attempting to expel the students?

Doxxing?

If she was in public and they didn't incite violence against the moron, there's no there there.

Yeah I think kicking them out of a public university for that is a pretty tall order. She’s already a piece of shite. I’m sure she’s going to have a rough going of things in the pretty near future assuming this is going viral.

They’re trying to expel the chick who took the photo, not the chick with the cake.

The girl they want to kick out is the girl who took the photo and posted it. Not the PoS with the cake.

The girl who took the photo is the blonde conservative in the video. Not the bridge troll holding the cake.

The University is more upset at the person who posted the photos than who was celebrating a political assassination.

It already went viral on 9/10. People found her dad and his business and sent him the photos, and I am sure there were threats, which is probably what prompted this.

I will never grasp the mindset of a person to go out of their way to hate someone to this extent.

Did I think Joe Biden was terrible. Yes. However I kept living my life. I'd voice my displeasure but did not need a show to do it.

Incredibly sad but true statement.

That sums up every progressive you know perfectly.

But remember, if you are a decent person and oppose violence, you are in a cult

Hopefully, conservatives will remember how the other side wants us dead and vote accordingly in November.

College-aged kids are still full of raging hormones which (generally) makes them more emotional. Combine that with being filled with a drive to fight "injustice" (which is highly subjective) and you have the perfect breeding ground for constantly pushing what is considered acceptable behaviors to the point of being proud for having reached a new low.

She wins in federal court. Don't give her the win by expelling her. Makes her a martyr and richer.

Girl who they are going after should be set for life after this.

The POS chick was happily posing for the pic...in public, which I'm told has no boundaries.

Now what is the difference about a student celebrating the kirks assassination, and a student getting expelled for saying a word that "offends"? That crazy chick should be on the hot seat more than the other girl.

So you dont support the conservatives and support the girl celebrating Charlie being shot? Weird

Also, apparently the guy in the video is facing expulsion too
