The implication is that these students were deported but I wonder how many simply became proficient in English and no longer qualified for services.

You never want to shoot more than 2 people at a time if you have to clean up the mess. The human body has more blood in it than you think. And getting it out of wood floors without the blood staining it or the chemical cleaning agents is near impossible.
