Ever see the movie Spotlight, about the Catholic pedophile scandal in Boston?
Dozens of priests were abusing kids. Law enforcement turned a blind eye, and the church just kept moving the priests to different parishes around the country, with full knowledge that they were going to keep abusing kids.
I could make just as strong a case for deporting Catholics as you can Jews.

I would have had trouble turning her in unless I was absolutely certain I should.
ETA: This will be interesting. I don't believe that every Iranian or Pakistani in the US is an enemy of the state, but I don't know if they would be arrested as a precaution. Seems like it would violate the constitution, perhaps they were just detained to be interviewed as a satiety measure?

Same thing (sort of) with David Nasser. The Iranian Military pulled him out of his school classroom and were going to kill him when he was 9 to make an example to his family. School principal intervened. His family went into exile and fled Iran. Really, really neat guy. Great testimony. I'd say those types of Iranians are quite welcome here.
