Turkish Election - Is Erodgan actually in trouble?

One source says so.
I personally doubt it, authoritarians stay in power for a reason. He hasn't messed with Turkish Airlines, which I appreciate, and Turkish women are still hot, but he's a grade A Russian sycophant. Or maybe he just hates the EU as much as some of us do.

Erdogan took office and staged his fake coup/military purge as a hardcore Islamist but he's seemed to move in a somewhat secular direction since then. Turkish politics have always been confusing. Ataturk hated communism and Islamic fundamentalism more than anyone but was still overtly hostile to the West. I guess it's nobody's business but the Turks'.

I think and hope so. I'd like to see less persecution of the remaining Christians in Turkey.
Even if Erdogan is ousted I doubt much changes. Turkey is a weird country.

Erdogan staying in power isn't necessarily a bad thing. Stabilization in Turkey is definitely a good thing.

Nope, his party solidly holds parliament. Even if he loses, it's a phrrric victory for the opposition. Also, he will likely go with Sweden for NATO after he wins, as this was purely a political stance.
