It's still not actionable legally, but anybody who wanted to retain the slightest shred of professional respect wouldn't say nonsense like that and if they did, they would retract it.

The problem for Israel is that the whole world will condemn it and the entire Middle East would join together and be at war with Israel over it. If Bibi got Trump to drop a nuke then Israel can sit on the sidelines and watch the US collect all the condemnation.
