It's all a ruse. He knew in 2020 about his dementia and that he will likely not make it thru a 2nd term. This has been the plan. They just needed to get Biden thru the primaries so that the people don't have the opportunity to select somebody that won't be a puppet and everybody gets behind Biden.
Obama is out fundraising for Biden, in ads for Biden but I do think it is disingenuous so that he looks like he was really supporting Biden, then it will hold more weight when he and the DNC start pushing for the open convention. That way they only have to cut a few deals with delegates and keep the voters out of it. They are the ones destroying democracy and have hatched this plan long ago in taking the voters out of the equation.
The debate was at 9PM. We aren't stupid.
I think they are working out Biden going with full dignity, pardons, and a fat check into the Caribbean offshore account... So they don't have to bother with the messiness of invoking the 25th.
In clips the other day they showed Biden saying HE HAS TO RUN. The fat cats in Ukraine with Burisma oligarchs are said to have one that chainsaws people in barrels alive.
Biden may be worried about his bagman son being in danger if they lose the Presidency.

Democrat voters would rather vote Democrat if they can. Presently, after Biden's terrible debate performance many Democrat voters may now view Biden as not a viable candidate.
If Biden/Harris are switched, imagine the new energy and hype that could be pushed by the MSM.
