I see your point, we need the influence. But the mission statement has been totally convoluted.
Instead of using that influence to further our goals of a better economy in the US through commerce, more democracy abroad. We now use it for individuals to become wealthy, promote our own personal nonsense like trans, etc. And pretend its for democracy.
JP Morgan's favorite quote theres the right reason (democracy) and there is the real reason (personal greed and power).
Same with the MIC, same with FBI. Its like the collapse of Rome, Ill get mine before its all gone.

To fix it, one sentence is the answer, DO THE RIGHT THING If there is graft and corruption.., end it. Cut off the funds get rid of the employees and PROSECUTE THE GUILTY.

Yes we HAVE to take the wrecking ball to them. We have to destroy it all. But so much evil is going to come out of this, so many unforgivable things have been done, that there will have to be justice and mass acceptance, or we will not be able to continue as a country. The normie left has to be brought in (not the radicals, they have to go to prison).
We can’t continue on with the things that have to be done, and half the country thinking we are complete enemies and not believing any of the findings being uncovered right now. On the flip side, after it all comes out and people do believe it, we have to manage the full scale anger and rage of people knowing where their money has gone.
The only way I can see that real justice is served that will be sufficient to give a sense of justice is with trials and then life in prison or even execution. That is absolutely going to be seen as authoritarian.

People can manage their own reactions. It's not up to "we" to do anything for them. The fate of the country doesn't hinge on their reactions. Their fate does, and that's on them.

The problem with your thought process is that you think we have a lot of time to fix this when in reality we have 1 year to truly expose everything. Based off what we saw with Covid, the people will bitch and complain while leaving the few true patriots out to dry.
Trump did the cardinal sin and cut off their money. He didn’t just cut the money off to the corrupt politicians but he did it to the bureaucracy, globalists, intelligence community, military high command and foreign countries. He is now shining a light on all the corruption and they don’t have an answer for it. They never thought this would happen and they will make sure it never happens again.
