Former Pharma insider tells Tucker Carlson that the true goal of pharma ads on TV is not to sell drugs but to BUY OFF the news media.

quote:

TUCKER: You're saying that pharma buys TV spots not to convince people to ask for specific drugs from their physicians, but to subvert the news business?

CALLEY MEANS: This is an open secret working for pharma.

TUCKER: I never thought of that.

Not surprising. When they have that famous doctor who gives the talk(to other doctors) at the Ruth’s Chris dinner, they are really bribing the speaker. The doctors dgaf about the $80 meal. But the guy giving the talk will put in that new cardiac stent on 1000 patients that year

In most countries pharmaceutical ads are illegal.

Between Pharma ads and Lawyer ads, it’s enough to drive anyone bat chit crazy.

So, essentially, they buy huge ad spaces so they can dictate to the news outlets what they want run?

Correct?

Hey OP, any comments on the closing of GameStop’s NFT marketplace?

To prevent future criticism.

They wouldn’t give negative coverage of the vaccines at risk of losing Pfizer’s ad dollars.

Pharmacists are such pieces of shite. One of the absolute worst “professions” anyone with an ounce of morality can go in to.

It’s part of it, for sure.

They capture organizations through funding.

NEJM is captured by advertising revenue. Like the mainstream media.

Patient advocacy groups are often really run by drug companies.

The third party organizations which test pharmaceuticals or manage the sites that test the pharmaceuticals are captured by revenue.

The health organizations like the FDA are a revolving door with Pharma. So it’s the foxes guarding the hen house.

This guy Tucker interviewed does not appear to have any experience in pharmaceuticals based on a quick LinkedIn search. Notice at the beginning his experience and credentials as an expert on pharma is not addressed.

Seems like a guy trying to protect his current business which is at odds with the ozempic trend.

Not saying he is completely wrong but I’m not convinced his statements should be taken as factual.

Like any drug dealer they've gotten their customer (networks) hooked on their product, in this case ad dollars. The networks aren't going to do anything to jeopardize that.

Agree. Looking at his bio, there’s no real pharma experience, it’s more supplements, psychedelics, and bridal gowns. Tucker can do better than this.

You’re right that he’s not a former insider. His statements are dead nuts on. He isn’t the first person to say any of this.

Lawyer ads,

I think at one time the legal "profession" had ethics and considered chasing clients beneath them. Now there's a subset that operates no differently than paycheck loan and bail bond setups and the rest of the profession doesn't care.

“Pharmacists are such pieces of shite”

Why do you say that ?
They’re not the ones pushing drugs, they just fill prescriptions.
Drs.are much more complicit, many are pawns of the drug companies.
Look how many were pushing the “vax “ during Covid,Drs. got the vax for free and were paid $40 for each shot that was given at their office. If they gave beyond a certain number they got a bonus.
That’s why they were pushing it so heavily.

Public health Drs.we’re all in on it,all they ever said was vax, vax, vax.,never a word about Vit D3.
Did you ever hear Dr.Catherine (Fauci) O’Neal ever advocate for Vit D ?
