Yes, and shared intelligence. That is not remotely similar to doing the actual fighting. Russia has never even been able to establish air supremacy over an opponent who had minimal domestic anti air defenses and a tiny, dated air force

Also read the article. If the Ukrainians had listened to the guys in Wiesbaden that included a Ukrainian general, the Russians would be in a much more precarious situation from late 2023 until today. Russians are incompetent and they've been hung up by a much more inferior force. That despite some levels of incompetence, still makes them look like geniuses compared to the Russian command.
