The people who are calling this a doomed case from the start and that the judge ruled properly are the same why vilify R v W being overturned.

Update on this. The DOJ removed mostly all of the dirty cop coup plotters from the lawsuit. Then it was said they were to remove themselves.
Plus Trump's lawyers forgot a technicality on a filing and almost got it tossed last week.
What will their new goal post be after Durham is a dud and devolution never happens?
