That isn't what happened specifically. They released the charges on the website before the GJ actually decided.

I mean at worst, you just dismiss and re-file the new bills, but it's a bad look. In reality, it's a nothing burger though that will be promoted as a smoking gun. I'd say it is indicative of the quality of attorney in that office, though.
