That was the thing though. He didn’t.

He almost got beat when he first ran. He was saved by maga. You’re delusional if you think he ran away with that election without.

He ran in the primary. His base said we suck and Ron will win because he’s the best. He didn’t do well at all and finished with less than 5% in his home state. Nikki had more.

He made bad choices of running and picking people. He campaigned only in Iowa and Florida and did absolutely terrible in both which cost a shite ton of money and divided the party.

Despises? On what do you base that rather provocative assertion? I believe you’re exaggerating quite heavily.

DeSantis and Susie Wiles don’t like each other at all. And being that Wiles is Trump’s Chief advisor, much of his team is her team. Ron is a great governor and he deserves his popularity in Florida on his merits. Having said that, he does not know how to identify and keep political talent on his team. Susie is a legendary political tactician, and since Ron burned all his bridges with Trump’s inner circle, it is no surprise that he isn’t going to be in the administration. In fact, he probably has cost himself the 2028 election; Vance is the new heir apparent.

But the relationship between the Florida governor and Wiles deteriorated once he was riding high post-election and she was ousted from his administration and, for a while, Trump’s 2020 campaign. “This guy really hates you!” Trump said to Wiles privately, according to a source privy to the conversation, the New York Times reported. “The only person who ever really had a problem with her is Ron DeSantis,” the newspaper quoted another source. Rewind to 2015 when Trump first met Wiles during the Republican presidential primary. She became the co-chair of Trump’s 2016 Florida campaign on the recommendation of then-Governor Rick Scott. Wiles, 67, with an apparent track record of backing the right horse, was hired by Scott to run his 2010 gubernatorial race, which he was expected to lose – but he won. Ron DeSantis reportedly urged the Trump campaign to oust Wiles (AP) In 2016, Trump was not projected to win the then-swing state of Florida, but he did after bringing Wiles on board. And she did the same again for DeSantis in 2018. Following the victory, DeSantis – who dropped out of the 2024 presidential race and endorsed Trump in January – asked Wiles to help steer the ship through his transition in Tallahassee, appointing her chairwoman of his political committee. But relations between Wiles and DeSantis began to fracture and eventually broke down. Speculation over why ranges from Wiles taking “too much credit” for DeSantis’s victory, speaking “too freely” to reporters and another concern that she was “too close” to her former client, Scott, according to the Times.

That’s correct. Not Ron. Settle back down into a reality where Ron and Don are one in the same (they are). None of these things happen by chance. If Ron tells you he thinks you are a piece of shite, then by all means, frick him. You think the anonymous people on this website or Twitter make Ron?

Trump has also made bad choices, and Ron did not divide the party anymore than Trump. I’m not a “Ronbot”. I love both. I just don’t see the need to hate someone on our side.

They are not. One is a conservative. The other is a wanderer.

It is what it is.

Bedpan would make a great ironic caricature with his constant bashing of traditional conservatism yet he calls anyone speaking out against his idea of Trump not even Trump but bedpan's idea of Trump as a

He treats Trump like black people treat Wakanda
they don't have any real accomplishments so they use somebodies made up accomplishments

But if they had any sense of history or a passable education of America's politics they would understand how many accomplishments that they're standing on top of claiming they achieved something

I'm not in any way. Everybody who doesn't kiss Trump arse isn't a progressive.

I know your tiny brain can't comprehend that.
