* Repel Section 230 protecting Facebook / TikTok
* Make all anonymously news articles sourced Flagged with warning at top and states on able to verify.
* Investing where the fake news are getting talking points and exposed as bias and pull licensees.

If you look at Google there are numerous daily stories that are entirely negative toward Trump. C take a second look at most are opinion pieces and often cite anonymous sources or insiders to give their opinion some element of credibility.

No, they certainly are not. You cannot publish anything you want if it defames someone else and costs them. We have laws about that.
It amazes me how many people do not understand free speech. You are protected from the government persecuting you for your beliefs and speech. You are not protected from libel or slander actions, and you are sure not protected from your peers thinking you are a dumbass and/or talking right back to you.
