Nah, it’s entirely unfair criticism, but of course you know that. Trump’s first 2 years in office were sabotaged by the Republican establishment.

You have it backward. Donny pushes any possible allies away which is why he cannot get legislation passed.

Its you people that are destroying conservatism.

He ran on a repeal and replacement

If it was just a repeal I can see why he didn't get the support he wanted

We would have had a de facto replacement—the same system we had in 2009 before the democrats created a new tax scheme called Obamacare.

We don’t need another plan, we just need to repeal and gut this regulatory and unworkable system called Obamacare—invented by Romney in Mass, I might add—that is bankrupting businesses in this country with skyrocketing health insurance costs.

Being serious here. How do you propose that we rid ourselves of this "establishment"? The Senate serves staggered six year terms. The house every two years. Do you think we can be rid of the establishment while Trump is in office? I can already see a complete shite show if he is elected. Everybody will be the enemy. Some will serve longer than his four year term.

That isn't what Trump ran on though

Hes been promising to end it for years, still really has no plan.

he loves to make promises with zero detail.

What happens if he comes out with a detailed plan? He will be demonized and his plan will be trashed.

They won't compare his plan to Obamacare. They will compare his plan to a utopian plan that doesn't exist. They will scour the country to find an example of a person who will do worse under Trumps new plan and flood the airwaves with that person's story.

It would be the first time.

The man was head of state, head of the Republican party with a Republican Congress and alienated his peers. Hes not fit to govern.

A strong leader unites, not divides. He gives people a vision, something to buy into. Then he works to get support.

Trump cannot find support because he constantly alienates anyone who could help him.

This is kind of like the reason he didn't kick Fauci off the WH Coronavirus task force is because the press would have killed him over it. Of course, the press killed him over the task force itself, as well as every single thing Trump ever did while in office.

So, the last reason for Trump to not do something is how the press/Left might react.

He didn't the first time around when he said he would and he's had frick all to do after getting boat raced by Biden. If he doesn't have one yet he won't have one. When are you people going to understand how this guy operates?

They almost did in 2017 but McCain’s brain tumor turned him into even more of a retard.

A built in excuse for failure, just like the Democrats.

Its never his fault, is it?

Their entire "wefglobalistcuckrinogope" schtick has worn out its welcome.

At some point the reality will hit them that its not the rest of the worlds fault, its Trumps fault. He is not capable of leading or managing

And he sucks terribly at one of the most important roles in the job description: hiring people.

Yeah, because hes all about loyalty over policy.

Eventually you run out of people who can support you.

And people are less likely to be loyal when they see how he publicly talks about his former staff

The pool of people willing to work in his administration has diminished. And the competence of those remaining has dropped

The natural result of constantly being at war with people who can help you. He is without a doubt his own worst enemy.
