Sounds like an info commercial. "For just $998 a day..."

I don’t give a shite if they all have is a 30 year old beater. Take it all, they can have 1 set of clothes on their way out

They shouldn’t be allowed to keep any of the wealth and objects they earned illegally - all their income in the US came from illegitimate work

To be quite honest, I’d sort of expect illegal aliens to not have a ton of wealth to extract.

You would be surprised.

Back when I did criminal defense work there was a huge bust of drugs, guns, and SS card counterfeiting machinery that I was appointed to represent. Several dozen defendants with lots and lots of family members all rich as hell: big houses, lots of really nice cars, etc.
Two of the defendants hired big-time experienced attorneys. The rest somehow got relatively shitty court appointed attorneys (like me). How they pulled that off with the amount of money they had, I do not know. The good attorneys largely led the case and we followed heir lead for the most part.

Apart from that, just the general info I got around courthouses was that they had money and unlike a lot of clients, would pay on time and in cash, and would not bicker over bills.

This fine bullshite is one more scare tactic piled onto other scare tactics that aren't working.

What are you talking about? I'm just saying that most illegal aliens aren't going to have much to seize. If the government can do civil forfeiture type routines on them then it is what it is. I'm just saying that it's not going to be a huge revenue generator.

The fines will be more damaging because they likely cannot afford that cost and it would discourage returning.

Agreed, and if they don't get the message after 30 days we should raise it to $1,776

Loser statement or not. If you've got data on how many have been forcibly deported so far and how many have self deported, I'd like to see it. Watch the vid. The blonde chick with those high and tight c-cups can't even answer it.

And what does "ya'll lost" mean?

Not good enough

I want them beaten, tarred, feathered, hogtied, thrown onto the backs of flatbed trucks, taken out into the middle of the desert and told how to get back to Mexico.

Did you read the entire article? No one buys deportations went up by 70,000 in two weeks man.

About two or 3 weeks ago, ICE itself said they had only deported 28,000 but now we're supposed to believe it's jumped to 100,000 in two weeks?

Where did this unyielding, unwavering faith Conservatives now have in their government come from?

Read the article man. You're being bamboozled. I don't trust this government anymore than I trusted the last one. But if you want to, be my guest.

I don't trust the government either man. They could very well be lying, but I do think they are trying their best to deport as many as possible.

That's the sad part. You can't trust the government. You can't trust the media. Finding out the truth is harder than ever.

I agree. I've grown to like newsweek though.
