I've noticed that a lot of Europoors are freaking out about the US leaving NATO. these people mock Americans for not having free healthcare, at the same time they want US tax payers to cover the cost of their defense.

There is absolutely no justification for our continued involvement in NATO. Western Europe is more than capable of paying for their own collective defense.

We should drop out of NATO and let Russia take as many Eastern European countries as they want. We can assess again if they move toward the old East German border again. That'll serve those easter Europeans right having to learn Russian in school again.

Bro that’s the same exact shite y’all been saying about him throughout this entire process. “Can’t stay out of his own way”…..”Trips over his own dick”…..etc etc. And apparently it’s not as harmful to him or as egregious as you think, because he’s been steady stacking up bodies this whole time.

The countries most likely to be attacked are spending their fair share. LINK The ones who used to not pay they fair share are moving in that direction. France is up to 1.9% which is almost double what they spent in 2016, and is supposed to meet the 2% threshold in 2026 or 20227. Only Spain, Germany, and Turkey do not have plans in place to meet the 2% threshold in the next few years. Trump needs to start calling those countries out instead of calling out NATO because the majority of NATO countries have stepped up their game in response to Trump calling them out.

Trumps threats lit the spending fire in Europe but Putin’s invasion of Ukraine really helped to get the Europeans off their pocket books. Even broke arse nations like Romania are buying M1 Abrams, F35s, Himars, and Patriot missile systems now. So come one Germany and Spain. If Romania can afford it so can you.

The amount the US pays towards the collective costs of NATO is a small fraction of our defense budget. Most on this thread have no idea what they’re talking about.

Maybe you’re intending something other than what you’re asking there, because each and every time we’ve individually decided on “our” candidate, each and every time was a determination that said candidate was “suitable.” Suitable to support, suitable to vote for, thus suitable for the Presidency. So yeah, I can only suspect that we’ll continue to do same on past the Trump Era.
