re: Trump: The US is not obligated to help Ukraine, Biden was 'outmaneuvered'

Repeat after me.....
The Ukraine - Russia proxy war was totally preventable.
After the collapse of the former USSR Gorbachev sought assurance that NATO would NOT expand one inch east from Germany. Secretary of State James Baker provided that assurance. I see the Biden meddling in the Ukraine Proxy War as breaking that assurance.
Furthermore, given the USSR collapsed there was no longer a need for NATO. Given the USA was stunned by the defeat in the Viet Nam War (58,220 dead) brought on by our involvement in SEATO (Southeast Asian Treaty Organization) after the Viet Nam we should have reaccessed our involvement in these insane nation building agreements. (hint: if you believe NATO is not a nation building scheme then you are sadly misguided).
President Trump is to be commended for his effort to disconnect America from the cost of funding NATO and paying for a security umbrella over the EU.
Besides NO thanks to this insane democrat insistence that we fund a "guns and butter" economy for decades, we're broke. The problem I see - President Trump is forced to deal with the crap (aka Barook Obama funding Iranian nuclear aspirations) left over from the Biden - Obama era.
President Trump is fighting for America........for us. The corrupt democrats are fighting for the ChiComs.
President Trump is right about..........everything.

Russia decimated it's military and has very little it can devote to Iran.
Russia has been Iran's protector for decades. Attacking Iran previously would mean, at the least, proxy war with Russia and, at worst, nukes. Russia being occupied in Ukraine left Iran completely exposed.
100% correct.

He said we were not OBLIGATED to help but we did help.
Just like the UK and other EU countries aren't OBLIGATED to help us now... but they should.

Wrong. He told Zelensky awhile back to negotiate with Putin because the US was done and if he failed to negotiate there would be no assistance to stop Putin.
Ukraine was nothing more than the money laundering operation of the Globalist regimes around the world.
Joe Biden deliberately started that conflict but every leftist cheered and changed their profile pictures to the Ukraine flag.
The same ones are denouncing the Iranian actions

Wasn’t it Clinton who got Ukraine to give up their Soviet era nukes in exchange of promises to help out if Russia got feisty?

Trump isn't dumb and he knows this.
He's just doing the "act dumb to give red meat to the rabid portion of my base" schtick.
No, he’s not giving his base red meat.
He is, however, gaslighting and playing fools like you while accomplishing what needs to be done.
You always take the cheese. Baited you right on the hook.
Not what he says but what he actually does. He out maneuvers fools like you every time.
The true red meat to his base is watching you and his opponents get played.

The same arguments apply to Ukraine
The Ukraine war IS the Iran war. Different fronts in the same war, which pits the US, Israel, Ukraine and our effete allies Europe and Japan against Russia, China, Iran, Syria and the Houthis/Hamas/Hezbollah.
ETA: Taiwan might become another front in that war.
