i’m not sure what you find so funny.

You are the poster who keeps babbling about a civil defamation claim in a thread where we are discussing criminal statutes.

Obviously, the relevance of your off-topic babbling confuses me somewhat.

Do you always answer questions with questions, or do you only do it when you are dodging?

In this thread, you are arguing like a toddler trying to convince his mother that he is entitled to a cookie.

As best I can decipher the rambling, you’re arguing that a reminder to follow the law constitutes an implied invitation to engage in violent acts of sedition.

No, the law is not going to recognize that ridiculous theory.

Then Trump should try to have them executed. Stop sending tweets and do it! Before the midterms.

Why?

You said climate change was going to kill us all before then.

Were you lying, or are you just a moron that believes anything that the left says?

I'm sorry, I missed the "if" in your hypothetical statement. Where is it?

Non-sequitur. There are no pedophiles stated to be there. So there is no "if". Further "this Day Care business" is not obligatorily referencing a single business. But if you don't like the analogy, there are 100's of others.

Because he's just running his mouth with no real backing, yet again.

Then he will complain that nothing ever gets done. I wonder why.

This is exactly what I voted for.

Those who think that the 'unity' image at Dick Cheney's funeral is how America SHOULD be?

Newsflash - they're unifying to team up against YOU, the American people.

That is what is called an investigation. What happens in investigations is law enforcement evaluates information and decides to make a decision from that information. There were multiple connections to Trump and Russia, there still is. But you don't live in reality so it won't matter to you. They didn't find enough information to charge/convict him, so it didn't happen. People still believe it because there are literally multiple layers of connections between Trump and an enemy of our country. Multiple.

What is the problem with being opposed to illegality?

Nothing.

And when all of these issues have made their way all the way through to the SCOTUS (due to the very obvious corrupt nature of the lower courts with respect to Trump, we're at a place at which the SCOTUS is the only legal body worth paying any attention to) and they have declared them unconstitutional, fine.

Until then, though, they say everything he's doing is unconstitutional and the lower courts just rubber stamp it. Which means it's a gray area for now.

Clearly the implication is that military members need to disobey orders right now, just because the Democrats declare the operations to be illegal, without waiting for the legal issues to be clarified or solidified by the legitimate constitutional authority.

Maybe he needs to have his DOJ enforce the law instead of whining about it on social media.

You haven’t proved anything other than you’re a low IQ moron. You haven’t stated any facts. You’ve parroted talking points from the mockingbird media.

I dunno... We spent years hearing academics and experts telling us that words, even silence, could be violence.

I guess we're no longer letting these academics and experts guide us? Hrm... I wonder why...
