No matter who is in charge of Ukraine, they will always be somebody's puppet because they neither have the will or capability to stand on their own.

No one is saying that. We’re saying Biden rolled out the red carpet for him.
And not going to WW3 to reach a feasible settlement to avoid further mass casualties does not = Putin puppet.
