Louisiana will do its part for the win. Need AZ, GA, WI and need one of NV or PA or MI.

Exactly right.

Trump needs AZ, GA, and WI to win the general.

Trump performs poorly in GA, AZ, and WI in general election polling. That is known.

The cult is aligned with the desires of the left and they don’t even realize it.

Progs - please let trump be the nominee

Is a RINO in favor of:

Vast entitlements?

Rampant National Debt?

Gun Control?

Just checking.

Does a RINO hire other RINOs?

Just checking.

Regardless of GOP candidate the federal election dynamic does not change in 2024.

What? I couldn’t disagree with that more. To have that opinion, you have to believe that the last few elections have been about anything other than Donald Trump’s personality. If you believe that, you are mistaken and you don’t get it. There is a large population of voters in this country that will vote for a conservative candidate and a conservative agenda, but will not vote for Donald Trump or anyone perceived as being "in his camp."

Best case is Trump.

Automatic loss. He will not win NH, NV, WI, MI, or PA. He probably will not win AZ or GA either.

Most of MAGA becomes disinterested and stays home without Trump.

Then you are a bunch of total retards.

I think Trump would have a better shot at MI with the blue collar construction baw types. But, DeSantis is the better play in AZ, NV, and GA. Not sure about PA and Wisconsin.

Go back and analyze MI’s election results then. I’d consider MI the least likely of every state I listed for Trump to win.

Your state is inundated with urban blacks and self-loathing nanny-state union workers on the periphery. It’s a massive inherent Democratic advantage.

Desantis will need to get behind Trump at some point if he wants a future in Republican politics. It would help if he did it now. He just can't defeat Trump. The more aggressive he is with Trump the more MAGA votes he loses. He's non viable in 2024.

Yeah we wouldn’t want him to hurt the widdle cultists’ feelings. play nice BDR , play nice.

There's a pretty distinct split in the Trump camp here. Some are adamant that Trump voters are conservatives and will vote for DeSantis if he wins the primary, others, probably the more vocal camp right now, insist that they'll never vote for DeSantis because (insert reason here).

Time will tell.

This must be why the "Progs" have a non stop Obsession to put him in Prison because they want him as the nominee.

I’d imagine both are present. My assumption is that most Trump voters are the former.

But you also have people like Jjdoc, who voted for Barak Obama in 2012, and who hold exactly zero conservative positions, but pledge fealty to Trump because he owns the libs.

Everyone knows that this is a political hit job. Trump's supporters complain about it, and his detractors boast that they may get away with it.

Republican voters (that are not GOPe types) will rally around the victim of Establishment persecution.

Trump surges to biggest 2024 lead yet, two times over DeSantis

Is this the poll that showed Trump beating DeSantis in the primary but losing to Biden. And DeSantis beating Biden in the general? Emerson i believe. You guys posted it all last week but stopped reading at the headlines.

ETA: it does

quote:

A hypothetical head-to-head matchup shows Biden with a 3-percentage-point lead over Trump and a 2-point lead over DeSantis.
