He’s most likely insinuating the pesticides and herbicides sprayed on our food

Autism has increased greatly in the past few decades.
Why do you believe that that is?
The Pennsylvania Dutch breathe the same air, no?

I wonder what else could be different?

Maybe it is, genius. But what do YOU think the reason for the skyrocketing numbers of autism and trans may be?
Microplastics and shite processed food
The amish dont have that

What’s wrong with some tards. Elon has a little of the tards and he’s pretty awesome.

You'd have to be a fool to not notice more kids are autistic than before. It's more than just "widening the definition". Do you see how many kids have peanut allergies today? How many kids in your grade school class would have died from a peanut?
I'm not saying it's definitely in the air. We don't know what the cause is. Caused by the increase in number of vaccines? Microplastics in the water supply? Could be a number of things, but multiple health issues are more prevalent than before.
Also, you realize air and water quality are local, correct? Contamination in the water supply or "chem trails in the sky" aren't going to equally affect the entire planet or country. They concentrate around the source.
When we see a group is affected less, we need to question what's different about that region. Narrow down a few possibilities.

How are autism and trans cases trending in other 1st world nations?
Is it plastics? Vaccines? 'Chem-trails'? These things can't be confined to the USA alone unless it's our own vaccine policy.

How fricking retarded to say some stupid shite like this as the leader of the free world.

Few countries allow some of the crap we have in our processed foods.
You'd be wise to not focus on one thing alone.

I offered 3 things, not just one. The vaccines and processed foods are my top contenders.
Vaccines because we've allowed the world to flood in here and our policy isn't to control the border but hyper vaccinate the rest of us. That's a retarded policy. Control who comes in and force THEM to get vaccinated.
I'm fine with removing excess chems in our foods.

It's more than just "widening the definition"
And I'm not saying to not investigate potential environmental and food borne causes.

Pumping kids full of fake sugar and other shite probably isn't helping with the massive number of ADHD cases either.

May I add fluoridated water to the list?

I'll allow it.
But that's been going on for decades, right? Some 80 years.
Why would those 2 particular issues pop up just now?

Bad combination? Some things act as adjuvants to other things... maybe the chemical BS went too far?
And... to my downvoter... show up and argue, ya hack!

That question is as retarded as Trump insinuating chemtrails.
