Where are you getting this??? You really think.law enforcement would contact a murder suspect's FATHER before trying to apprehend the suspect.
I respect law enforcement and I'm sure that they did their best here, but I don't see any evidence that they had anything to do with the apprehension.
VERY sad situation, but why change the facts?

While I generally agree, if an event like this changes even one person's perspective who could have gone on to do something this heinous then we have to take some comfort in some good coming out of something horrible.
