Maybe a bit of clock burn would be ok lol
That was two good possessions there.
Can we please stop with the race shite?
It’s crazy. But against Oklahoma (I was there). They kept the energy going?

Locksley was thoroughly outcoached. We had five or six redzone appearances and got absolutely nothing out of it. We ran a damn full house run with Tua on like 4th and 10. It was maddening

Lucky me I was at this game and the Rose Bowl.

That’s right though we went to the 15 yard line 6 times and did not get a single point. It was madness. The last time on number 6 we tried a boot leg with Tua on 4th down they absolutely smoked us on. I just sat down quietly.

This Rose Bowl was weird, the sideline had 0 energy. I swear to you the team knew they were cooked after the first TD.
As soon as I saw the title of this thread I started laughing knowing the responses I would see.
You can never trust anything these guys say. Money talks in this world.
He would absolutely culture shock our problem and beat them into submission. I’d love it.
That’s right. Go watch Kobe talk about the off season work. He worked so hard, there wasn’t enough time for talented players to catch him once the season started.
Yeah I said players and coaches. But 100% I’d start with OL and DL coaching.

I do think we were a bit snake bit on the DL though.

Only thing I’ve heard is OL coach. I’m sure more to come though.
I believe some of them did. I mean look who our standouts are right now, all Washington kids.
That’s right.

Guys who transferred in wanted to play, they were experienced, and coachable. They didn’t cost a ton of money either.

Cig just got it right. You don’t have to get the most talented guys. Get semi talented experienced players and coach the shite out of them.

The defense couldn’t get off the field, it wasn’t really the offenses fault until the late third. They scored on six of the first 8 drives with only thirteen completions, they were running and the line couldn’t stop it because we don’t stack the box ever

Yes and no. Long drives made the defense tired. Especially when the offense can’t sustain a single drive, not a 1 minus where Ty fumbles. By the 3rd they were smoked. But you’re right, in base we couldn’t stop the run. It was jailbreak after jailbreak.

However, the one obvious characteristic that the 4 teams that are left have is that they play very physical football. That's proof positive that the "make his arse quit" approach is still king.

I watched Pete Golding, yes Pete Golding absolutely shred his defense on the sideline for poor play. It was like a 5 min arse chewing. Guess what, they started playing harder.
