This isn't going to happen.
Bill Cassidy and John Kennedy already said that alone makes the budget a complete non starter for them and they will vote against it. That's 2 senators the GOP loses and they can't lose one more senator over something else.

I'll probably pay more taxes than 99% of this this board send my kids to private schools, use private security, etc and don't get shite for my money. Pretty sure Mother Nature is going to continue to do what it wants. The Army Corps of Engineers playing God with the Mississippi isn't helping the cause.
