Rails already ship a shitton of hazardous.

They want to ship it by truck or something?

When Obama was railing against the pipelines he was simultaneously shipping petroleum all over the country by train.

Pipelines are MUCH safer... But libs don't really care about what they pretend to be concerned with

We’ve been shipping LPG by rail and trucks for years. Just something else for screamers to scream at

This.

And there is shite that is shipped by rail daily that is 10xs more dangerous than LPG.

Operation Patriot Bandoleer was to pick up unexploded ordinances (16 tons) from North Carolina and line haul in 24 flatbed trucks thru Georgia, Mississippi, Alabama, Louisiana, Texas and Oklahoma. In Oklahoma they were to be disposed of. The trucks were driven by National Guardsmen as young as 19 years old, I know this I was there. Scared the piss out of me.

The Train idea doesn't scare me.

I was about to say, can we discuss all the other hazardous shite that's transported by rail, and even scarier: by the trucking industry?

I was on a train one time hauling 12 cars of contaminated dirt. The gondola cars were covered with white tarps. On a 155 mile trip we had to stop twice so the EPA guys following in autos could check to make sure they were secured properly. The train wasn't even logged into the computer showing which trains were running. The EPA didn't want the snowflakes to know about the train and its location as it travelled to Utah. The flakes are notorious about lying down on the tracks to keep it from running.

Wonder if the libs ever wondered how the bombs and shells for Navy ships are transported....

Naval Ordinance Depot in Crane Indiana wasn't exactly on either coast.

Or the spent nuclear fuel from power plants...

We ship much MUCH more dangerous stuff by rail than natural gas. WTF is wrong with these people?

This is how one gets the Left onboard with pipelines. 4D chess.

POTUS: "I want to ship dangerous stuff by rail instead of pipelines."

Nancy, Chuck, Shiffty, et al: "No! resist! Only by pipeline! We propose miles and miles of new pipelines!"

Build a pipeline, they go apeshit
Move by train, they go apeshit.

Looks to me the left has gone anti industry.

If you can get it permitted, a pipeline that crosses state lines will take a minimum 4 years to get permitted and built.

Safer than shipping chlorine and ammonia already being shipped by rail.

We ship nuclear waste on semitrailers through the most populated areas in the country.
