Just shut up, jackass. You're the internet equivalent of Baghdad Bob. You transparently deny things that are actually happening in real time. You've very quickly become the biggest joke on this board.
I’m not saying you’re the biggest joke on the board (not saying you aren't either), because that’s like claiming to know who has the hairiest bush in your wife’s friend group, but you’ve racked up your entire post history on the political board of a site aimed at college sports fans and don’t understand the most basic functions of your own government.
The president cannot pardon state convictions. Full stop. That isn’t obscure trivia or a legal technicality so screeching “you're a joke” at someone who correctly pointed that out doesn’t make you look confident or informed. It makes you weirdly proud of not knowing how the government you argue about all day actually works.

For those of you who believe in objective truth, President Trump has NOT pardoned Peters. I checked the official website of the pardon attorney.
DOJ Website Listing Trump Pardons
There is no pardon of Peters listed there, for the obvious reason that the President can only pardon federal offenses. Peters has not even been charged with a federal offense, much less convicted of one.
To illustrate this, read ANY of the ACTUAL pardons listed there, and you will see the difference between Peters's case and, for instance, the pardon of Henry Cuellar:
It's great that President Trump speaks out for Tina Peters. It's embarrassing to think that someone can be pardoned by a social media post or that a presidential pardon would have ANY effect on someone being held on state charges.
The federal bureau of prisons recently made a request of Colorado to transfer custody of Peters. Colorado rightfully told the Feds to pound sand.

Yeah when I talk about "dumb MAGA" this Tina Peters stuff is one of the best examples.
It's as if people have to slam their head into a wall 10x before making their silly arguments

Nonsense. Of course federal has jurisdiction to overturn state. It happens all the time. You're telling me a federal judge can overturn a state conviction but not the President?

Is she being pardoned or is she not?
Until Colorado pardons her, she's not.

RogerTheQueefer is chief among paid posters. Maybe outside of SFP. But let's not kid ourselves, nobody is as committed to the fraud as is the retard who has made half a million posts.
The biggest fraud in this thread is the argument that Tina Peters didn't clearly break the law.
The second biggest fraud in this thread is the argument that Trump can pardon a person convicted of state crimes

isn't she jailed on state charges?
Yes. Corrupt Colorado officials were pissed that she made a copy of the actual citizens voting results before they artificially changed them to Biden.

Why is MAGA simping for and supporting a criminal?
I thought MAGA stood for law and order?
Rules for thee but not for me MAGA Edition.

And what do you think about all those judges in MN overturning jury verdicts for convicted Somalians?

Yeah that's not what the data showed.
You do realize that the unauthorized third party associated with Lindell got that data right? And it showed no wrongdoing?

Strange you go to jail for exposing election fraud.
That’s what they do in third world countries and places with dictators like Russia.

Now do expedited deportations under Obama.

I thought she just showed that results weren't being saved...which was critical to show, and she is a patriot for having done so. I agree that Peters shouldn't be in jail. Unfortunately, the President has no power to change that.
I am pretty sure that you're just making this claim up, but I will give you the benefit of the doubt: how many votes in Mesa County were artificially changed from Trump to Biden?

When some states are behaving like Somalia and N Korea? Yep

Exactly.
OP: "Trump pardons Peters."
Facts: "He hasn't pardoned Peters, nor could he regarding the state charges for which she is incarcerated...irrespective of one's views about whether or not she SHOULD be incarcerated."
Clapping Seals: "Facts are for commies!"
