Trump 1.0 is the best in my lifetime but 2.0 is still better than others we've had.

Both the OP's post and the fact that he's been better than all other presidents can be true. The bar was low and he has done a fantastic job of showing us how low that bar really was. But that doesnt mean he gets a pass on everything. It is OK to expect more from politicians you support even if the alternative would be worse.

You say Trumps problem is too narrow of a focus?

That could not be further from the truth. Trump has attempted to carry out most, if not all his campaign promises. Think of all his executive orders to enact his campaign promises. Judges have stopped or overturned most. Trump has had no choice, but to go the E.O. route because our dysfunctional congress is incapable of legislating.

About the propaganda everyone keeps mentioning…here’s a great example

LLMs are not AI, they are sophisticated language predictors, that’s it

And if we are assuming your argument works, the corollary would be “we have to get this new weapon to work so we can shoot ourselves with it before someone else does”

A lot of those AI developers are currently coming from India. Because it is cheap.

There was almost $50B of construction in 2025 due to data centers. That’s roughly 10% of total commercial construction.

Construction would look a lot different if we just stripped that out.

What’s your proposition?

It is only if you ignore facts and operate on dishonesty as you do

quote:

FY 2026 H-1B Cap Registration Analysis

During the registration period for the FY 2026 H-1B cap, we saw a significant decrease in the total number of registrations submitted and eligible beneficiaries compared to FY 2025, including a decrease in the number of registrations submitted on behalf of beneficiaries with multiple registrations.

The number of unique employers for FY 2026 (approximately 57,600) was comparable to the number for FY 2025 (approximately 52,700).

The number of eligible unique beneficiaries for FY 2026 (approximately 339,000) was significantly lower than the number for FY 2025 (approximately 442,000).

The number of eligible registrations was also dramatically lower for FY 2026 (343,981) compared with FY 2025 (470,342) — a 26.9% reduction
.
Overall, there was an average of 1.01 registrations per beneficiary this year for FY 2026, compared to 1.06 for FY 2025. This means that, on average, each beneficiary only had approximately one registration submitted on their behalf.

I'm really saying that he focuses too much on specific, often flashy details of larger policy initiatives that are easy to make into a slogan vs things that are attainable and make a difference with a fraction of the effort and fight required to get them done.

Then why didn't Ron make it further in the primary?

Because back then, Trump had kept all of his promises. It's a totally different ballgame now. It's the 8th inning and Trump is up by 8 but the other candidates now have the bases loaded with no outs and Trump is about to drop a routine flyball in the right field corner.

We're seeing the same shite with Europe and his war in Iran.

Europe is full of feckless pussies who have no interest in being our allies or offering support to us in any way. That’s now clear as day.

I know you’ve claimed that the people who literally chant “death to America” and have killed thousands of Americans through the years and have been developing nuclear weapons with bad intentions, are not a threat to us, but they are the definition of an enemy, and that’s not because of Trump. They are radical religious terrorists who would shove a missile up your arse in a split second if they had the chance, no matter how much you defend them.

We also have the fewest Federal employees since 1966 and that is because Trump has cut those jobs and spending in departments

Cutting federal employees is one of the biggest wins of Trump 2.0, but at the same time spending is up. Cuts don't matter if we spend more in other areas than we save.

From Trump’s book Art of the Deal:

You can't con people, at least not for long. You can create excitement, you can do wonderful promotion and get all kinds of press, and you can throw in a little hyperbole. But if you don't deliver the goods, people will eventually catch on".

People are finally catching on. Some are taking longer than others.

And a recent quite from a few days ago:

I like to surround myself with people that aren’t very smart because it makes me look smart.

If we found out Trump has been texting Hillary and laughing his arse off about the crap MAGA has swallowed would we be surprised? Not saying it’s happening, but he has not delivered on his campaign promises.

Didn't Trump want to add 500,000 college students into America as well as make an immigration enforcement exemption for hotel and restaurant workers?

You pretend that democrats and republicans haven't tried to stop him every step of the way.

All of you are so dishonest.
