I can only assume that these injunctions are in response to executive orders, so it is logical to assume that the number of injunctions are a function of the number of executive orders.

The average number of EOs, by year, is as follows:

Trump: 70.4
Biden: 32.4
Obama: 30.7
GWB: 32.3
Clinton: 40.4

Trump has also issued 493 EO's in his 1.5 terms. Reagan has the next highest total in the last 7 POTUS's at 381 with Clinton close behind at 364. Not that there isn't judicial activism against Trump, there is, but if you do more executive action on consequential areas then you will get more suits filed against you.

Democrats said in 2025 that they would use the courts to stop him.

It becomes all the more infuriating when it's the activist judges who are making all the noise.
