I say again fight fire with fire. The supreme court has made it clear a lower court cannot file a nationwide injunction. Just proceed and let them take it to the supreme court and be knocked down.
Or in the case of states defying requests, just cut all their funding til it reaches the supreme court and let them sort it out.
Stop letting them run out the clock.
How in the heck did we ever end up with nonsense like "sanctuary cities", you are a part of the US or not. You cant defy federal law AND demand federal money.
