Sure they've gone up, but not really more than anything else. Data show's young people are not worse off, they're just weaker.

Look at who the Democrats ran opposite of him. I'm starting to think this was planned.

he casually sweeps away the inevitable fact that insurance/property taxes and other costs have gone up

he lives in bum frick Alabama and thinks everyone can just live in the boonies and make good money

Question... if today's 20-30yr olds are in favor of longer term mortgages- do you think they should be allowed that option?
Hypothetically I would say let institutions, markets, and buyers make that decision, but this whole house of cards is anyone’s guess.

Allow? I suppose, but the insanity being thrown about on this subject isn’t going to be good for anyone except lenders, until it’s not. Then someone gets bailed out and the beat goes on.

I am not being confrontational. I just wanted to insert my opinion that doing something just for the sake of looking busy on a matter is a fool’s errand.

2008 kneecapped us; 2020 performed the KO coup de grace death blow.

The corporate international parasitic carpetbagger private equity firms (Blackrock, Wall St, banks) moved in to clean up. Now it's just a matter of them waiting out the rest of spoils.

I'm able to, why can't you? Are you admitting that I'm better than you. If so, we agree on something.

Then please explain how young people can’t afford homes. Too much Starbucks? Give me a fricking break

These events are a gift to MegaCorp, "too big to fail" technocrats and social utopians.

We should on all economic fronts. However we seem to be going backward.

Democrats are going to win bigly in 2026 because they're going to take clips like this and blast it all over social media.

every thread that touches on this issue turns into old people saying go be a welder in Kansas or something. It’s retarded.

There is nothing in that clip that’s remotely controversial. Your 4cubbies alter is showing.

Yessir, I do think we've already established "too big to fail" will be perpetually subsidized.
