Problem with The Guard, once they are on the ground at a location, they aren't as quickly mobile as U.S. Marshalls and such, to go to new locations.

Look, I'm not a fan of the media at all. But, when ask "will there be a peaceful transition?" Why not just say "yes, in 2024". Why begin to discuss mail in ballots? Maybe there is a back-story here (or other context) that I don't know about.
