Yep the ones that don’t care about the direction the country is going in doesn’t care about Trump, except for the hours per day Trump lives in their heads

so they can't verify the list because there are allegations of other items that were seized.

Well then they need to argue that specifically with the alleged other seized documents. I don't see why they'd object to the entire process.

What’s the legal consequence of something else turning up after you verify the government’s list?

The government would have to show chain of custody as to how they got possession of the item outside of the search warrant to be permitted to use it as evidence against Trump at trial.

That's part of why this process exists. It gives both parties the opportunity to know which documents may be used during the litigation. The government has to give Trump all evidence it thinks it may use at trial via the discovery process.

Agreed.

The DOJ and FBI have run a series of entrapment schemes designed to justify a formal charge.

It's 2022. This has been going-on since before Stormy Daniels and they still don't have enough to "get Trump".

I will give them credit for persistence. He hasn't been POTUS in over 18 months and they are still like a dog on a bone.

in decatur speak calling Trump's lawyers' morons---- saying Trump's lawyers are not smart.

Trump is now in a position that he has to tell the special master which documents he is asserting executive privilege over. If he goes through with that he’ll basically be admitting that he was in possession of government documents, an element of one of the offenses listed on the search warrant.

That’s why I’m thinking this civil action isn’t long for this world. It’s no wonder his new $3 million attorney is distancing himself from this case.

Why would anyone accept this corrupt governments list of what they stole?

How can you verify a list of property seized when you weren't there when it was seized and have not been given access to see what was (or was not) allegedly taken?

It's not like we don't ALREADY KNOW the feds took numerous personal items and other material far outside the scope of the warrant...
Exactly.

Also: Some of Trump's lawyers are getting clearances via the FBI/DOJ. Yet the documents marked classified are not classified as per Trump's declassification?

I also saw that Trump's declassification order of all crossfire hurricane & HRC's full case... Including the notes on her interview's witnesses for her & the DNC emails--they claimed Russia hacked.

Was ignored/disobeyed. So on the way out Trump did another declassification.

So this entire thing is most likely over the DOJ/FBI thinking they are above Trump and disobeying his declassification orders.

They can redact but they can't refuse to declassify.

Will it come out that their sources and methods usual excuse is Igor is a Russian agent they hired? We know this...

The DOJ before maybe 2012 called--back when they didn't hide exculpatory information & set-entrapments. They want their lawyering 101 back.

The DOJ NSD has no oversight.

Who was held accountable finally to have them start applying the law and court procedures equally much less fair? Adam Schiff is jacking off reading Trump's medical records now, while FBI agents are probably j/o & selling Melania's panties.

Can we please return to the reality of: a Trump DC Grand Jury with all democrats & Liz Cheney's has already been arranged?

Start with Podesta doing the same thing as Flynn. He was allowed to retroactively correct his FARA filing.

List all of the democrats here that were raided, in their underwear with frogmen in the water.

They didn't.

Everything they took was within the scope of the warrant, since everything they took was adjacent to classified materials. Not their fault if Trump kept his 3 passports next to top secret documents.
