Then after it was all over. The DoD sends Flynn a bill and an extreme nastygram.
The same crooked CIA that let Igor the Russian KGB agent frame Trump. Then hired him as an FBI informant to cocoon him...
It is not some meme or blog it was in court documents of Durham versus Igor.
They ordered Flynn to Russia he got them some disks they wanted while Flynn was allowed to take money for his cover at RT.
So now the DoD is suing Flynn for the money from Russia back. Just to harass him because they know he can't defend in detail what is classified.
The only way this photo makes it on our internet and news is because the CIA leaked it out to frame Flynn
So do you think Flynn made up that they threatened his son that just had a baby with his new wife with prison? If Flynn didn't say he did what they told him to say about a legal phone call with the Russian Amb?

They're also only verifying the documents were taken by the government.

Trump's lawyers are arguing the simple logic that Trump can't verify what he nor his lawyers have seen. It was a lot of papers Trump did not inventory.
Some of his lawyers are trying to get clearances. Because it is most likely all about the CH documents he declassified but the FBi/DOJ/CIA/DNI disobeyed.
After watching the star witness of the J6th committee ----that rifled through Trump's records and found nothing----say that Trump grabbed the steering wheel from a SS agent in his beast vehicle.
SS agents came forward under oath and said it was not true and they still went on as if it was for weeks.
I would not trust them to check the devil into the firepit after they pushed him.

So he can verify if the DOJ is listing the documents that make the difference in the 2 scenarios above.

Mike Lewis; Thinks the DOJ/FBI commit overall massive Prosecutorial misconduct and they are a tentacle of the DNC/swamp.
This will probably go to SCOTUS.
Andrew Weissmann & Litman also said in the past that Cannon would never give Trump SM and privilege. They are saying now Trump is giving up quitting and Trump fired his head lawyer.
Which one is more based on law and factual opinion & not gossip and OMB? Mike Lewis or Weissmann & Litman?

After witnessing how DOJ has handled DT over the last 5+ years, why would anybody be surprised his lawyers don’t want to verify this list? What’s in it for DT’s side? The question that should be asked is why are the feds asking for this?
When has the gov’t not lied, cheated and stolen in its irrational pursuit of DT?

The FBI has conceded that its in-house "Privilege Review Team" has found a “limited set” of materials, which may include privileged material, in the trove of documents from Mar-a-Lago.
