I think we should all hope that lawfare as a strategy will eventually fail if you don't have the facts behind you. He may be able to parlay this into political success as the system rigged against him and all that, though. Or at least be able to bank NFT's.

Trump lawyers do not fare well. Habba is on the hook for a million. Michael Cohen is in the pokey. Lin Wood and Sidney Powell are in trouble with their state bar associations. Powell has been sued for billions. Giuliani had his law license suspended. A fair number of them seemed to have gotten stiffed on their bills. There are probably others.

I agree. Everyone should do that. In fact, the judge in this case is sanctioning Trump for advancing a conspiracy theory that wasn't back up with facts.

Normally, I would agree. However a statement against one’s own interest is usually more reliable than other puffery.
