Its considered a sign of intelligence to be skeptical and do your own research.

Its also a sign of confidence when you can form your own opinions and stop adopting those of other people.

No.

People on the spectrum are slaves to other people's opinions.

The judge considered past litigation on his on investigation citing authority from Johnson v 27th Ave. Caraf, Inc., 9 F.4th 1300 (11th circuit , 2021). He considered the Pulitzer, New York AG, Twitter and CNN matters. Sanction Order See part III on p. 20

It appears Trump has withdrawn suit against Letitia James

Wait. Are you saying you still believe the contents of the dossier?

There was a lot of disinformation in the dossier from Steele's subsources. The Democratic narrative will be that Steele passed this material on in good faith. Trump will try to rebut this.

He took Trump to the woodshed.

This is not just bad for Trump in this case but will be used against him in all his future filings.

I don’t care about the narrative. Both sides try will try to spin any issue to their advantage. What I am interested in is the two tier justice system that has developed.

Skeptical is good. Critical thinking is good. They're both intellectual virtues. But so is humility and being able to realizing your own limits and being able to vet sources of information. If you get over-pilled and trust bad sources you can research yourself into some bad beliefs.

That's a possibility. The other possibility is that you've been accepting too much of the R narrative. Their strategy has been to attack the courts. If you accept this as true then you'll infer there's a two-tiered system. The task for you is if you're believing a bad narrative or if there's really a two-tiered system.

I happen to think you're right, but I don't think it's rich billionaires who are getting the short end of the system.

BBONDS disagrees and thinks it’s actually evidence of a two-tiered system.

But he actually has not read the ruling

Weird this goes on like it does and the lawyer who forged a document to illegally obtain a FISA warrant to investigate Trump did not even get removed from the bar. Maybe Tucker is right.

Not a problem if you chase truth. You'll need to do a hell of a lot of independent research. I just assume most of it is a convenient lie and start from there.

Learning and growing is how you wean yourself from that nasty MSM habit you have.

Skepticism is a virtue, but like with many other virtues there's a virtuous mean and if you get excessively skeptical then you actually paradoxically start to be excessively gullible to narratives that manipulate your excessive skepticism. "No one can be trusted" is one of those basic narratives that in practice lead people to trust some scoundrels.

That is not the reason I think there is a two tiered justice system. The fact you need to assign arguments to me is quite telling, though.

I think the judge was being extremely partisan. I think the lack of equal treatment between republicans and democrats by the DOJ is the evidence of the two tiered legal system.
