Need more context. What's Massey grandstanding about?

If we're going to throw $2 trillion on top of the existing national debt, this bill should be debated. The American people deserve to hear the garbage in this bill. They deserve to hear arguments for and against its passage. Massie is today's Ron Paul. He is a true believer when it comes to limiting government, which 3/4 of Americans have ZERO interest in.

frick you and frick trump on this.

Y'all wanna at conservative on here but when it is time to be conservative y'all get mad and call people obstructionist.

Sorry for following the Constitution. Trump is wrong on this and so are most of you.

Only reason to pass this shitastic bill is to stop social unrest. But make no mistake this bill is dog shite, complete and utter dog shite.

Y'all want someone to stand up for conservatism and then get mad when someone does. Thomas is the most conservative member of Congress. He is the Rand Paul of the house.

Agreed. If we’d wait two weeks, we might see we don’t need to do it at all.

This bill has some unwanted pork but it is much more fiscally irresponsible to stand back and sit on your arse while the economy collapses. And this notion about Pappy's Republican party business is right...our government's reaction to this virus has stood life on its head here. There are reasons things are different based off this. Not everyone is throwing away long held conservative principles to do what needs to be done to try to keep the ship from sinking. You keep the ship steadied and afloat first THEN you can debate the decor on it.

Very little in life, especially political life is perfect. This bill needs to be done, period. The malaise part of the bill can be discussed and learned from at a later time, we don't have time to wait now.

See you and your ilk are the problem. Demanding the government do something, doesn't matter what or if it's wrong, just do something. frick all that.

I agree. Let’s have these politicians face the brunt of their decisions for once.

That's because our grandparents and the Boomers let the country be taken over by progressives, so now the only real alternative is the populism that Trump is offering.

Get the frick out of here with that weak stuff.

Pretty sure it has to be unanimous.

No this is fiscally irresponsible. Much better ways to stimulate the economy. Trump was right the first time with cutting payroll tax. Do that for 18 months and he wins reelection and the economy is back and better than ever.

frick you and your do something stance. Nothing but a big government liberal.

Either you have principles or you don't. Why is everyone on this board suddenly a big government douchebag?

Exactly. The same people wanting Congress to jam through this bill because "It's not perfect but the government HAS to do something!!!" will be going apeshit the next time a Democrat controlled Congress uses a firearm-related tragedy to ram a poorly-conceived gun control bill down our throats under the same exact pretense.

Why he does these things is beyond me.
