1 - because he's a terrible negotiator and relies on them to make change he's incapable of working through congress
And this (^^) is not fair. If you haven't noticed, Congress won't do shite - period. Thune refuses to pass a bill that has overwhelming approval from both Democrats and Republicans. Nor will he allow Trump to make his recess appointments. It is very clear that the Congress (specifically the Senate) is dead set against his agenda. The the point that it is criminal, imo. They haven't done shite. And they refuse to do anything too.
If the people of this country elect the man to see his agenda through, but the Congress refuses to do even the things that the overwhelming majority of Americans want done, he needs to do it unilaterally. Because at the end of the day, we voted him into office to get those things done.
If you don't like it, tough shite.

Nope. They can't touch national security items which is the only reason he had to do it this way without those commies trying to not allow him to do it

Boasberg already reaching for the plug.

maybe...just maybe...members of congress consider trump's agenda dumb as shite and see no reason to enact it and that is far from criminal
people are over trump's constant whining

Incorrect. Iraq War.
And before that the Gulf War
Neither of these were declared wars.
Both authorized engagements via resolutions, but not declared wars.

It's not their call to make. Again, the SAVE ACT is something that the overwhelming majority of Americans from BOTH sides of the aisle, want enacted. So it isn't just the people who elected Trump. They are turning their backs on all Americans here.
Not criminal? We fought a frickin war over the idea of taxation without representation. They are criminally neglectful in their duties.

So we just accept now that a president can declare and start a war. No congressional approval? Such a change in how you all felt when Dems were presidents.
If you have not made this same complaint for any other presidents, why the frick should anyone take you seriously?
