Does it have to be in DC? If the crimes were against the American people I see no reason why the DOJ couldn't pick a venue anywhere in the country. But if it is DC it's kind of pointless. In today's climate a DC jury will acquit a Dem for any crime regardless of evidence.

Trump goes on a riff about the pardons, then weaves into asking if Mayorkas got one, then looks over at Pam and says “we should take a look at that one”.
