There will be 87 think pieces by this weekend from all of the big left leaning publications about why Venezuela is a shithole and shouldn't be a state, playing directly into Trump's hands. It almost can't be fun anymore manipulating them as easily as he does.

I don’t think Trump is kidding.
He said the same thing about Canada and Greenland.
I don’t know if any of these places will become “states”, but they might all become US territories.
