Trump: If there is no significant progress on Ukraine, the US will cede its role in the settlement to Europe
The US is not yet withdrawing from peace talks on the Ukrainian conflict.
The conflict in Ukraine should have remained a European problem, the US should not have interfered, he added.
Trump also said that he believes in Putin's desire for peace in Ukraine.
He will consider the option of increasing arms supplies to Ukraine, but believes in the settlement of the conflict, there is a chance to achieve peace, therefore the US is not tightening sanctions against Russia.

Thank God for a sensible approach to Europe's inability to manage its affairs.
When they get their shite together and have some minor problem perhaps we could offer some advice. But if they are just going to prance around causing riots, they need to get over the concept that we will hop over there and clean it up for them.

If he's cediing US role in the settlement, he should also cede US role in financing the war and supplying weapons for the war. He's right, let Europe take over because the US should have never gotten entangled in Ukraine.
