If they are overwhelmed, why don’t they put current Nursing and Med School students to work and gain hands-on experience instead of doing online classes? I know they won’t be able to do the full scale of the job, but I feel like most of them are capable of taking vitals, starting IV’s, etc. and can free up the experienced nurses and doctors to handle patients that need more attention.
