Yes, and it didn't go well. Case dismissed by a Clinton-appointed judge...with the ease of judge shopping how did that happen???
SERIOUS financial sanctions imposed by the judge against Trump's attorneys. Trump should have sued them for malpractice for choosing a Clinton judge in a case against Hillary Clinton.

Until a conservative leaning judge from the Fifth Circuit issues an injunction that you happen to agree with that negatively effects a Democratic President's policy.....then he/ she is a rock star.
