Who is scurrying? Why? Nothing of substance has been done.
Trump just declared bankruptcy like Michael Scott

Great example of how this isn't a "troll" by Trump. He's looking for the same emotional reacts as what I just quoted.
This is just adding fuel to the echo chamber and nothing more.

Speaker of the House.
Does this count as sworn testimony that Biden was cognitively impaired?
It matters not that VP Kamala didn't declare the 25th.... because she did not-because she thought she could be appointed to slide in and be auto penned.

This might be the best thing so far in Trump's presidency - if they follow this up with arrests. Fauci should be in a prison cell right now.

Trump needs to tread carefully with some of these promises. It’s going to breed disappointment when it doesn’t get fulfilled
Yep.
If you promise populists ridiculous stuff, you better come through or they will turn and rend you to pieces (to quote Jesus).
Trump thinks he's still got the, "I could shoot someone in the face on Madison Ave. and my approval ratings would go up" ability, but he's forgetting something.
Populists will make excuses for not building the wall and making Mexico pay for it. Populists even made excuses for not locking Hillary up and not draining the swamp the first go-round.
But that was before populism reached a critical mass. It was before Trump was legitimately conspired against, had the DOJ weaponized against him, shot, etc. It was before the stuff that DOGE is turning up. It was before the Jan 6th miscarriage of justice.
It's not the same now as it was back in 2016.
Promise this stuff now, you better deliver.

"AutoPen" is Slo's trigger word. Be careful, sis.

Another instance when Trump says something without knowing if he can actually do it.
As a Trump supporter, I am comfortable with this statement. The legal outcome of challenging the Biden pardons is uncertain.
Like with so many things, Trump's seemingly reckless assertion will start a serious inquiry into the matter (see Gaza and Arab nations offering to pony up). If the DOJ launches an investigation, subpoenas can be issued.
The end result might be: "The pardons were upheld, but the process exposed how top Democrats were willing to lie to the nation to protect their power." I would be fine with that.

It's quite literally the first sentence from his post on X.
I said last week that the left will attempt to make this is question about the Autopen. The unwitting right will allow it. But, the real issue is that Biden wasn't the one doing the "signing".
You ignored the 2nd sentence which lays out the challenge.

Or he is wanting to take action to revoke supposed “actions” taken by a man who not only did not take those actions, but knew nor knows anything about them. Which would be illegal. Right?
I mean, if he indeed did these things, he can easily recall them on the stand right? It was only 3-4 months ago. Easy peasy

The burden of proof would be on the administration to prove Biden didn’t know at the time.
Biden doesn’t have to remember now.
There may be some other avenues. I think someone mentioned the law mentions where he has to physically be when it’s signed.

I didn’t ignore anything. The idiot said Trump didn’t specifically say something…..which was….once again….quite literally in the first sentence.

He's not going to stop at simply nullifying these EO's and pardons because Biden was unaware of what was being signed in his name.
The ultimate destination we're going to arrive at is that auto pen or no, the entire Biden term will be nullified because of fraud in the 2020 election. He just mentioned it the other day on truth social, and he mentioned it at his department of Justice speech on Friday.
He's not letting the rigged election of 2020 go, nor should he.

I suspect there is some sort of cataloging/archiving for the use of the device. Perhaps Trump's staff has reviewed it and have found some anomalies.
... what if the computer they used had the capabilities of scrubbing ip addresses and meta data , then inserting totally new ip address and meta data in its place?
very, very possible ...
