I’m positive she does regret it. She is being punished and prosecuted solely for the reason she worked for Trump. The Dems aren’t playing around. It is full press fascism.

There is no real chilling effect here.
She is not being prosecuted for "advocating for her client"; she is being prosecuted for knowingly making false statements during that advocacy.
The reason there is no real chilling effect is because lawyers are already prohibited from doing that by the rules of ethics. That is why she was censured by the Colorado bar back in March.
An attorney can spin facts any way they want in advocating for their client. But they cannot knowingly present false facts. And doing so in order to coerce legislatures to reverse an election results should be criminal.

There absolutely is. Had she not been representing Trump and made those same exact statements in 2016 she would not have been prosecuted.
In her plea she said she was trusting more experienced attorneys, which means at the time she didn’t knowingly lie. This entire case is politically based. And you know it.

She was a lawyer knowingly presenting false information for the purpose of overturning an election.
That should be illegal, right?
That should be illegal, right?

I didn’t realize that the whole water pipe break story was a lie. The claim of illegal vote counting seemed far fetched but I really thought there was some shred of truth to at least some part of these conspiracy theories.

As soon as Hillary Clinton is arrested first for doing the same.

The problem isn't the law, any more than the problem with the Jan 6 prosecutions are due to laws on the books.
The problem is using the law as a political cudgel and using politics to determine who gets charged and drug through the legal system. I suspect you're intelligent enough to understand this.

Didn’t you post a quote of her stating she was relying upon information from more experienced lawyers? You even made a remark of Rudy being under the bus.
If she made this statement that means she didn’t knowingly make false statements, but relied upon info given to her by other attorneys.
This prosecution is politically based. You know that, you just don’t care. You know how many instances we can bring up of democrats knowingly providing false information. Equal application of the law is a thing. Not to you, but it should be.

I mean… this is pretty much true. If this is a felony false statement, I think 99% of DC would be in prison.

Election crimes are politically motivated and their prosecutions are going to have political ramifications. If you don't prosecute election crimes, election criminals will not be deterred.

What a beautiful 180 this is. Commit election crimes to win an election. Then Use the government to jail your political
Opponents by saying they committed election crimes in trying to call out the real election crimes. Then say exactly what tiger doc just said.
Corrupt to its core. Fascism on full display.

So you're either not intelligent enough to grasp what I'm saying or you're too dishonest to admit what's happening. Whatever; enjoy the Banana Republic bullshite our legal system has become.
