The valuation of the debt is irrelevant to the value of the company??? JFC.

Hey, call Musk, too, and let him know he didn't overpay and to stop telling the public X is worth half of what he paid.

Bro...I can't believe you posted what you posted about the debt and...no words.

Sorry. It really bothers me when political lawyers abuse their power and go after their political opponents simply because they are political opponents. It should cause you to melt too.

I was equally appalled when docs were losing their license by treating their patients in a way the leftists didn’t like.

You’re very short sighted. If the republicans decide to act like democrats when they have power again, I hope you dont lose your license because some crooked political DA decides she doesn’t like you. Sadly I can’t say you hope the same for me.

What Fidelity has to say today about the value of the entity is irrelevant, yes.

K.

You don’t know what you don’t know. I can’t know it for you.

Let me help you out. Fidelity does not have any insider information about the value of Twitter. It’s a closely held entity.

If I knew then what I knew now, I would have declined to represent Donald Trump in these post-election challenges. I look back on this experience with deep remorse,” Ellis said, her voice breaking at times.

The development comes after back-to-back guilty pleas last week in the sprawling case from former Trump campaign lawyer Sidney Powell and Kenneth Chesebro, who helped devise the fake electors plot.

These three plea deals are a monumental step forward for Fulton County District Attorney Fani Willis, who charged the case in August and is preparing for trials against Trump, his former attorney Rudy Giuliani, his chief of staff Mark Meadows and other top figures. (They have all pleaded not guilty.)

Ellis, Chesebro and Powell all agreed to testify on behalf of the prosecution at future trials. By flipping, these onetime Trump insiders are now on track to become major Trump nemeses. They are all lawyers and can shed light on what was happening behind the scenes in 2020.

Yep. She says she regrets working for trump in exchange for unsupervised probation, and the useful idiots jump up and down like it means something.

Jenna realized DeSantis was the better option in ‘24 and supported him. MAGA abandoned her in return out of spite. Trump showed no loyalty to those who were loyal to him and put their livelihoods on the line. She has no real way of paying her legal fees. The donations given to her wouldn’t cover it.

It’s the perpetual cycle of those who surround Trump. The loyalty only goes one way and everyone is a yes-man and grifter around him to keep the sweet cash flow going.

When all lying advocates are made felons, he'll feel quite differently. Until then he'll hopefully point out the dangers to partisan dullards unfamiliar with Niemöller's premise, as will I.

What separates JE's claims from those of the Rittenhouse prosecutor, or the "hands up don't shoot" crowd, or the media covering the Covington, KY kid, or Loudoun County's lying prosecutor?
Donald Trump.

Donald Trump and a willingness to use massive state money to legally target individuals for political gain.

Lol yes, I’m sure the Feds have nothing to do with these statements too.

You folks who enjoy jailing political opponents really go all the way with the fairy tale. It’s quite impressive.

She got probation, so it won’t mean much to her,

It will mean a little. I'm not sure where you are seeing they got unsupervised probation. Typically in Georgia, a felony conviction is not eligible for unsupervised probation until they have paid all of their restitution and completed other terms such as community service.

Even if her probation is unsupervised, she will still need permission to leave the state, won't be able to possess a gun, and won't be able to vote. And she will be back in front of the Colorado Bar.

You could be right that she is taking the plea to avoid expense. She complained over the Summer that she was not receiving much financial support from contributors.

But she had another problem: She already admitted to the Colorado bar she knowingly made false statements about the election. One could argue she made that admission so she would be censured rather than disbarred, but this is what she admitted to being false:

quote:

?

On November 20, 2020, Respondent appeared on Spicer & Co. and stated, “with all those states [Nevada, Michigan, Pennsylvania, Wisconsin, Georgia] combined we know that the election was stolen from President Trump and we can prove that.”

?

On November 21, 2020, Respondent stated on Twitter under her handle @JennaEllisEsq., “ . . . SECOND, we will present testimonial and other evidence IN COURT to show how this election was STOLEN!”

?

On November 23, 2020, Respondent appeared on The Ari Melber Show on MSNBC and stated, “The election was stolen and Trump won by a landslide.”

?

On November 30, 2020, Respondent appeared on Mornings with Maria on Fox Business and stated, “President Trump is right that there was widespread fraud in this election, we have at least six states that were corrupted, if not more, through their voting systems. . . We know that President Trump won in a landslide.” She also stated, “The outcome of this election is actually fraudulent it's wrong, and we understand than when we subtract all the illegal ballots, you can see that President Trump actually won in a landslide.”

?

On December 3, 2020, Respondent appeared on Mornings with Maria on Fox Business and stated, “The outcome of this election is actually fraudulent it's wrong, and we understand than when we subtract all the illegal ballots, you can see that President Trump actually won in a landslide.”

?

On December 5, 2020, Respondent appeared on Justice with Judge Jeanine on Fox News and stated, "We have over 500,000 votes [in Arizona] that were cast illegally . . .”

?

On December 15, 2020, Respondent appeared on Greg Kelly Reports on Newsmax and stated, “The proper and true victor, which is Donald Trump . . .”

?

On December 22, 2020, Respondent stated on Twitter, through her handle @JennaEllisEsq, “I spent an hour with @DanCaplis for an in-depth discussion about President @realDonaldTrump's fight for election integrity, the overwhelming evidence proving this was stolen, and why fact-finding and truth—not politics—matters!”

She now says the election was not stolen, and the specific facts they were spouting about proof of fraud were all false.

I doubt this case ever gets to trial, but if it does, she will testify to all of that again. And I'm not sure how Trump and any remaining Defendant's will counter that.

Not sure if she will testify that Giuliani farted on her, though.

I finally watched the statement from Ellis.....looked like a political prisoner from North Korea who was forced to denounce their foolishness for questioning the validity of the corrupt illegitimate regime and their Bureaucratic State partners.

I’m sure she totally doesn’t regret working for Trump, right? I mean why wouldn’t she, she’s gained so much and her life is definitely better than before she met Trump, right?

She would have to testify that they all new and told her to lie. That isn’t what she said in her plea, though. He saying she now thinks the election wasn’t stolen isn’t an argument that will harm anyone.
