The chilling effect is exactly what they want. Imagine if you couldn’t treat your patients how. You felt would be best for them because some partisan DA somewhere might object and prosecute you.

You need to call Fidelity and let them know.

It was a real WTF are you talking about reaction.
That’s because you don’t know what you don’t know.
It wasn't and isn't relevant, it was your retreat to try and not be wrong.

It means you're cool with what people like Newsom and Feinstein push because they rarely get anything passed outside of their state thanks to people like me.

Tell Elon’s heirs that when he dies.
You don’t know what you don’t know. It leads you to speak with hubris from a place of complete ignorance.
It’s one of the reasons it was so clear you aren’t a lawyer.

Imagine being a lawyer in front of the Georgia Senate speaking and not using the words "I believe" before stating anything.
Seems preposterous to me.

I disagree. That’s a telltale sign of most lawyers, myself included

The people who matter know what I've done. That's why it eats you up so much that I don't bother with that when I'm talking to your fake arse.

You seem upset that the defendant has admitted guilt

I assume all your ilk is proud of your claims buddy

I’m upset the defendant was a defendant at all. It is a completely politically based prosecution. She got probation, so it won’t mean much to her, but the approval of political prosecutions by people like you is what upsets me. Easily manipulated useful idiots happily supporting fascism.

Yeah, I'm happy with what I've done in my life. Weird thing to say, but that's probably an underlying cause for you doing what you do.

These are statements she admitted were lies in a felony.
By the way, Michael Cohen just went into court in the NY civil fraud case. Trump is in the courtroom. Should be interesting.
