Ballot harvesting in GA is illegal. It was illegal in 2020.
In 2020 Raffensparger, due to COVID, sent absentee ballot applications to all voters 5-6 months before the election. In 2021, the GA legislature and Kemp made this illegal. It is illegal to do a mass mailing of absentee ballot applications and also the time frame to receive/fill out/ and mail absentee ballots in Georgia has now been reduced to a 4 week time frame. These were reforms in the 2021 GA election law.
Do I believe there was illegal ballot harvesting in GA in 2020. Yes I do. They had six months to harvest.
I also believe 2020 was a "one off". It was easy to cheat.
Will there always be cheating somewhere? Yes probabaly.
Some numbers.
In the 2020 election in GA, 20% of all ballots were absentee ballots. In 2022 only 5% of ballots were absentee. We will see how this plays out in 2024. But it is obvious the Stacy Abrams machine that was used in 2020 got its butt kicked in 2022.

Need a way to link actual vote to person without compromising anonymity. A fraudulent vote should be able to be removed, without compromising the voter.
Thus, a person shows up at the poll. Poll worker says, you already voted. You say, like hell I did. The system counts your vote if you prove you are who you say you are and removes the previous vote.
Maybe, some type of blockchain voting with vote sealed but removable? This way, provably fake signatures, canvassed location without buildings, etc, could be removed, and nobody would know who won until the election is cleaned...(we know it would be cheating leftist and establishment swamp would lose, so they won't let a system like that happen without being forced to do it)

But lets not to forget to electronically influence the voting machines and also put in undersized paper ballots the very day of voting so machines can reject those ballots in the Black voting block precincts.

The illegal step Democrats also did was mail every single registered voter a mail-in ballot whether requested or not.
Thet did that under the cover of COVID and were covered, illegally, by the courts.
They don't have the precedence of cover for 2024 to do that this time. And they know it.
They are really pounding the investigations aspects hoping it makes a difference. It won't.
This time it's the economy and Biden's belief that enriching the WEF is more important than helping the US. It's why everything is higher than hell and not coming down.

This is beyond futile - where the DEMs make the most of this boondoggle is in heavy urban areas where the population has never voted in mass numbers - there has always been an 'inflation' of those totals due to run-of-the-mill old-time machine structure that seeks them out. But now it is automatic - the coveted 'ballots' are spread out EVERYWHERE for any taker who can get their hands on them.
No conservative operative will be welcome within 10 miles of such a treasure trove as the 'addresses' of those "ballot recipients." It would be like an Oklahoma City baptist pastor trying to establish a speak-easy in Chicago during the prohibition era.
The only place he can pick up any measurable support would be in areas that were already going to be overwhelming in his column anyway.
